“Murder at the Neuk” , a film made with Woodburn Primary school pupils was shown to an audience of 50 people  at Dalkeith Arts Centre last night together with a film about life for young people in Woodburn and Dalkeith.

“Murder at the Neuk” was produced with the school   by Fiona Maher ,  a heritage film and drama project , bringing a little bit of Dalkeith history back to life as part of the community engagement work with the new museum in the Corn Exchange. The pupils are great and the backdrop to the scenes are really atmospheric, a must see for all those interested in the darker side of Dalkeith’s history !!!!!.
